做法：用篩將粉料篩入手粉格内1/3滿，再加入花生茸和黃糖作餡料，然後將粉填满粉格，用力平均把粉料壓平後隔水蒸便可。


Method: Use a sieve to sift the flour into the hand-powder mold until it is about one-third full. Then add ground peanuts and brown sugar as filling. Fill the rest of the mold with more flour, press it down evenly and firmly, then steam it over water until done.

馬蹄蟹【學名：鱟】，是古老的海洋螯肢動物。雖然 名字中有「蟹」字，卻跟蟹沒有關係.而是蜘蛛和蠍 子的近親。多棲息於香港、南亞、墨西哥湾和北美洲 I東岸的濕地和泥灘。


北美洲對馬蹄蟹的藍色血液需求極大，因可加工製作 試劑.進行藥物及醫療用品的無菌測試。中國鱟是瀕 臨絕種生物I各省市政府近年禁止食用。


以前礅頭村的泥灘也有馬蹄蟹棲息繁殖.村民也會煮 食，但大部份人認為較寒涼，不經常食。



The horseshoe crab (scientific name: Limulus) is an ancient marine chelicerate. Despite its name containing the word “crab,” it is unrelated to crabs; instead, it is a close relative of spiders and scorpions. It primarily inhabits wetlands and mudflats in Hong Kong, South Asia, the Gulf of Mexico, and the eastern coast of North America.


North America has a massive demand for horseshoe crab blue blood, which is processed into reagents for sterile testing of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. The Chinese horseshoe crab is an endangered species, recently banned from consumption by provincial and municipal governments.


Horseshoe crabs once inhabited and reproduced in the mudflats of Tung Tau Village. Villagers would cook and eat them, though most considered them cooling and avoided frequent consumption.
