吳宗麟先生將分享他或他的團隊在執行培訓和活動時遇到的真實案例。參與者將能夠更加了解無意識偏見 (unconscious bias ) 以及減少/消除它的方法。

Mr. Ng will share about the real case examples which he or his team have encountered when they conduct their training and activities. Participants will be able to understand more about unconscious bias and the methods to reduce/ eliminate it.

吳宗麟先生 (Mr. Bosco Ng) 是一家屢獲殊榮的社會企業 愛同行 (WEDO GLOBAL) 的創辦人，愛同行 (WEDO GLOBAL) 旨在倡導多元文化和全球化教育。Bosco 擁有為亞洲各行業設計和開展培訓項目的豐富經驗，培訓主題涵蓋社會創新與創業、多元共融、文化智商、設計思考等。 他現為僱員再培訓局 (ERB) 課程發展及審批委員會成員，負責制定及定期檢討本港近30個產業發展培訓課程的方向及策略。此外，他獲平等機會委員會委任為「種族平等共融顧問委員會」成員，致力促進香港的多元文化和種族共融。為表揚他對香港的貢獻， Bosco 榮獲香港青年服務大獎及青年夢想實踐家等殊榮。
